¼ protein (fish, chicken, soy, beans of any type)
½ starchy carbs (corn, peas, rice, beans, cooked oats–minimize wheat)
¼ veggies (broccoli, grated carrots, green beans, whatever he/she will eat) all pureed, or finely ground, raw or cooked
